Account details: your name and email address when you create an account or subscribe.

Payment records: payments are processed by Paystack. We receive confirmation of your payment, your plan, and the email you paid with. We never see or store your card details.

Usage information: the books you open and your conversations with Sabi Girl, so we can save your progress and improve the library.

To give you access to the books your plan covers, using the email linked to your payment.

To save your account preferences and conversation history.

To contact you about your account, your subscription, or important changes to the service.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We do not store your card or bank details. Those stay with Paystack.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your account information at any time by emailing hellosabilibrary@gmail.com. Deleting your account ends your access to paid books.

Your account data is stored securely in our cloud backend, and only you can access your own library activity and conversations.
