How do I get my product after I buy it? +
Digital products are delivered instantly after checkout. Ebooks and planners are usually available as a download link or emailed file. Calculators and tools unlock immediately after purchase, sometimes with a short one-time setup using your name, email, and an access code. If you ever don't see access within a few minutes, check your spam folder first, then email us.
I never received my order. What do I do? +
First, check your spam or promotions folder, order confirmation emails sometimes land there. If it's genuinely missing after that, email us at hellosabilibrary@gmail.com with your order number and we'll get you sorted right away.
Do my products expire? +
No. Once you've purchased and received a Sabi Library product, it's yours to keep and use for as long as you like. Ebooks and planners are yours to download and reread anytime. Calculators and tools are one-time purchases that work forever, with no ongoing subscription.
Do you accept refunds? +
No. Because our products are digital and accessible the moment you buy them, all sales are final, similar to opening a book or a downloaded file. What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept major debit and credit cards, along with any additional payment options shown at checkout for your region. All payments are processed securely, and we never see or store your full card details.
I was charged twice for one order. What now? +
That shouldn't happen, and we'll fix it. Email us at hellosabilibrary@gmail.com with your order details and we'll resolve the duplicate charge promptly.
Can I share a product with a friend? +
No. Every ebook, planner, calculator, and tool is licensed for personal use by the person who purchased it. Sharing, forwarding, or reselling any product isn't permitted. If a friend wants a copy, we'd love for them to grab their own.
What devices can I use my products on? +
Everything we sell works on phones, tablets, and computers. Ebooks and planners can be read anywhere you can open a PDF. Calculators and tools run in your browser, so there's nothing to install.
Is my information private when I use a calculator or tool? +
Yes. Our calculators and tools run and save data in your own browser. There's no server involved and no one at Sabi Library ever sees your numbers, formulas, or calculations.
