These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sabilibrary.com and any purchase you make from Sabi Library ("Sabi Library," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing any product from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What We Sell
Sabi Library sells digital products only, including ebooks, planners, calculators, and AI-powered tools. Nothing we sell is a physical product, and nothing is shipped. All products are delivered digitally, typically instantly after purchase.
2. Your License to Use Our Products
When you purchase a product from Sabi Library, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use that product for your own individual use. You agree that you will not:
- Share, forward, resell, or redistribute the product, in whole or in part, to any third party
- Upload the product to file-sharing sites, group chats, cloud folders, or any platform where others could access it without purchasing
- Use shared login credentials or access codes across multiple users for tools that require account access
- Claim authorship of, or repackage and resell, any Sabi Library product as your own
Violating this license may result in access to the product being revoked, without a refund.
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already completed. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers; we do not store your full card details on our own systems.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly or shortly after successful payment, either as a direct download, an emailed link, or unlocked access within your account, depending on the product. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact us and we will resolve it.
5. Refunds
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on sabilibrary.com, and every product we sell, including text, design, branding, and any tools or software, is the property of Sabi Library or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it under these Terms; it does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Acceptable Use
When using our site, you agree not to:
- Use our site or products for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our site
- Use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract content from our site without permission
8. No Professional Advice
Our ebooks, planners, calculators, and tools are educational and practical resources. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, tax, or other expert advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes when applying anything you learn from our products.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabi Library is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
